1. Services
Peech Works, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (KVK) under number 86901249, provides software, automation, and AI services, including audits, training, workflow automation, custom AI systems, and custom software such as websites, dashboards, and integrations. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for each engagement are defined in a separate project agreement.
2. Engagement Terms
All projects begin with a written proposal outlining scope, deliverables, timeline, and fixed pricing. Work begins only after written acceptance. Changes to scope are handled through a formal change request process.
3. Payment
Payment terms are specified in each project proposal. Standard terms are 50% upfront and 50% on completion. All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom deliverables become your property. We retain the right to use general methodologies, frameworks, and anonymised learnings in future work.
5. Confidentiality
We treat all client data and business information as confidential. We will not share your data with third parties except as required to deliver the agreed services, and only with appropriate safeguards in place.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
7. Website Use
This website is provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranties about the completeness or accuracy of the content. Blog posts and resources are educational in nature and do not constitute professional advice.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court of the Zeeland-West-Brabant district, Breda location, unless mandatory law designates another court.
