Peech Works provides software, automation, and AI services and is the controller of the personal data described in this policy.   • Cookie preferences: your consent choices, stored locally in your browser.
  • Analytics data (with consent): page views, session duration, and referral sources via PostHog.

  • To improve our website experience, with your consent.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal Basis (GDPR)

We process your data on the following grounds:

  • Legal obligation: for any applicable regulatory requirements.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We may share it with:

  • Hosting (Vercel): the website and contact form run on Vercel's servers.
  • Email provider (Resend): to deliver notification emails and the confirmation email after your enquiry.
  • Scheduling (Cal.com): to book calls through the calendar on our contact page. Cal.com receives your name, email address, and the time you pick.
  • Analytics (PostHog): with your consent, for website analytics.

Some of these providers process data outside the EU. Where they do, appropriate safeguards apply, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
